The pretty, cottony dandelions (Taraxacum officinale)

The fluffy wind-dispersed dandelions look like puffs of clouds, only that they are growing in ground level. I just can’t help thinking of Disney’s ‘A Bug’s Life’ when Flik the ant used a dandelion seed to cross across a wide gauge. I really enjoy watching the transition of dandelions from yellow flowers to cotton balls.

It’s so pretty now in Stockholm. I just can’t wait for the lady-bugs and pollen-saturated air to appear.
